While we're sad to say goodbye to Tomb Raider Horizons, formerly The Archaeology of Tomb Raider, we're excited to be able to continue to follow Kelly's exciting and new adventures at her new page, FandomNiche!

Kelly has run her Tomb Raider site for the past seven years, having originally started blogging back in 2013. While launching alongside the recent trilogy, Kelly's personal Tomb Raider journey started much earlier in the mid-nineties. Her love of history, languages, and the series led to her creating her own Wordpress account and joining the online community with her site The Archaeology of Tomb Raider. Since launching her site she has raised hundreds of dollars for children hospitals across the globe, through joining Team Tomb Raider Community's incredible Extra Life campaign over the years.
Recently, the site returned as Tomb Raider Horizons, and with a restore passion of the series delivering incredible articles such as an interview with Jason Chester on his Tomb Raider-themed digital dioramas. an Arte-Factual piece on Mexican Sugar Skulls, and an article on culinary traditions with Ch'arki and Chuños.

Earlier this month, Kelly announced a merge of a number of hobbies which sees Team Ahsoka and Tomb Raider Horizons come together to form FandomNiche, allowing her to write about her passions without having to divide them. As a fellow fansite owner, I can definitely empathise with Kelly's approach, especially as it can help avoid burnout; even if you love the communities and writing about your passions, it can be a lot of work behind the scenes, and more taxing when there's external events.

We're really excited to have Kelly back with FandomNiche! If you haven't already, make sure to follow her new accounts on Facebook and Twitter to stay up to date on her latest adventures.
