After a brilliant previous campaign, Tomb Raider Marathon will be returning to our screens in May for a new livestream, with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital once again at the heart of their fundraiser.
To date, Tomb Raider Marathon has already raised a staggering $7,704.41 since their initial broadcast in 2017 with the money going to causes such as Direct Relief, Help Hope Live, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. For recent campaigns, they've been joined by fellow Tomb Raider fans across the globe who helped keep the channel alive with new content and their own live streaming style.
With the recent reveal and the target date campaign date (16-18th May 2020 at 10am EST), the team has launched an appeal for Tomb Raider fans and streamers who are interested in joining them to help raise money for the incredible cause.
If you're interested in being one of their incredible streamers, make sure to sign up using the Google Doc form before April 18th to join the amazing broadcasting team. Matt also has a Discord for fellow Tomb Raider fans joining the campaign (link in the form!).
The charity at the centre of Tomb Raider Marathon VI is the brilliant St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The hospital first opened its doors in February 1962 with the goal of researching childhood diseases previously believed to be incurable or dangerous, and covering the medical costs for the young patients admitted to them. It's an organization which has touched a lot of hearts, especially for their dedication and care. With Covid-19 changing the ways that charities can fundraise, a lot of organisations are relying on online events and support to raise funds and awareness. To find out more information about the charity, check out their website, HERE.
If you haven't already, to follow Tomb Raider Marathon on Facebook, Twitter and Twitch to stay up to date on all of their announcements. We're very excited to have Matt and Tomb Raider Marathon back with us! Be sure to also mark down 16th May in your diary for the start of their latest adventure.
