Today's the day! "Marvel's Avengers" is now available on PC, PlayStation 4, Google Stadia, XBOX One, and is set to launch on PlayStation 5 and XBOX Series X/S!
"Marvel's Avengers" was originally announced back in January 2017, with a special cinematic trailer showing the fall of the superhero team. Since then, the developers have been hard at work behind the scenes, bringing the game to life. There's been lots of exciting changes and additions made along the way; including a fan favourite addition to the revealed team! Back when it was announced Ms Marvel wasn't a name that accompanied the original group but became a larger part of the experience and promotion, and a new face we're so excited to see!
The game marks Crystal Dynamics first non-Tomb Raider in fifteen years and has been a long time in the making, with the team delivering a title that combined everything they have learnt over the past decade and a half to deliver something exceptional. They also wanted to make their latest adventure the most accessible, and have worked with companies such as AbleGamers to build an experience that would allow more players to become their favourite superheroes.
The highly anticipated title was also developed in collaboration with Eidos-Montréal, the studio behind "Deus Ex: Human Revolution" and "Shadow of the Tomb Raider".
The game is a hugely ambitious title, which is scheduled to be regularly updated over the coming years to feature more missions, more characters, and more stories exploring the characters we love. (If you play on multiple platforms and you're having trouble deciding which one to pick up, at the moment we know that Spider-Man will be coming to PlayStation as an exclusive character.)
