Gaming Heads gave the community the first look at their next statue in the 20th anniversary collection back in August. The statue is a 1:6 scale mode, measuring approximately 21" tall from bottom of the base to the top of her head, and will be 8" wide. For the design, the company took inspiration from the game's cover artwork, showing Lara dressed in her snow-gear complete with beige trousers and heavy-duty red coat. For the Gaming Heads Exclusive Edition, Lara will also be equipped with a glowstick, woollen hat, and goggles as seen in the E3 2015 trailer. You can read more about the statue on the official Gaming Heads website, HERE!

The raffle is available to all supporters, whether they are able to donate or not this year. Those who do donate will get an additional entry per $10 donated, up to $100 for 11 entries.

About Extra Life

This year marks the twelveth anniversary of the Extra Life marathon initiative. Started in 2008, Extra Life began, as a way of honoring Victoria Enmon who battled acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. After her passing in January of that year, the event was set up to raise money for the hospital (Texas Children’s Hospital) which had cared for her so that it can help other children facing similar situations. The follow year, Extra Life expanded and in 2009, more than a hundred websites and 12,000 donors supported the campaign. In response to worldwide attention and support, the campaign turned its attention to raising money for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals so that more children like Victoria can get the medical help they need.

By donating in this year's Extra Life your money will go towards caring for children in hospitals across the United States and Canada. Every minute, 62 children enter the hospitals and the donations received throughout the livestreams provide help for children regardless of whether or not they have health insurance. The money also helps the hospitals improve and maintain the level of care by paying for training, research and equipment. The Children's Miracle Network consists of 170 hospital which provide 32 million treatments across the US and Canada. How to Help!

There are a number of ways to help! Donating towards the team or a specific team member goes a long way to help fund medical treatment for children staying in hospital. You can also join the team and help raise awareness for the project and charity or take over live-streaming for a few hours to encourage donations. If you can't donate or take part this year, sharing news of the livestream also helps getting the word out there.
